If you wish to return an item, please send us an e-mail to the following address: contact@cadji-equipement.com stating your name, address, e-mail address, order number, bank account number and specifying which items are concerned.
1) Send the items within 14 days of the date of notification to the following address:

2) You are responsible for any damage to the item when it is returned. We therefore strongly recommend that you return products properly packaged.
3) If an item is shipped from abroad, please ensure that it is marked “RETURN OF GOODS” to avoid any customs charges. We cannot be held responsible for any customs charges applied to the package.
4) Unless otherwise agreed, refunds will be made by bank transfer.
5) If the product is worn or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
6) Saddle pads and linings with ripped snaps will not be returned, due to misuse of the product. These have been tested and designed to withstand thousands of openings and closings.
